2. You will be taken to our "Payment" page where you may submit deposit. 

3. We will return an e-mail confirmation. SIMPLE!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ( Just in case! )

PAYMENT TERMS: 

1. A  deposit is required to reserve a date. ($100 for Officiant Only - $200 for Officiant with Photography). Any deposit refunds will be at the discretion of Simple Destin Weddings. 

2. Any balance due must be paid by the Wedding date. Payments made at the Ceremony must be CASH. 

3. Credit cards and checks are accepted on the website only. Any other payments must be CASH. 

4. There will be a $20.00 fee charged for all returned checks. 

CANCELLATION: 

1. This Contract cannot be cancelled or modified except in writing by either the Client or Simple Destin Weddings. 

2. If cancellation is initiated by the Client then the deposit may be forfeited, at the discretion of Simple Destin Weddings. 

3. Rescheduling for events cancelled due to inclement weather or events beyond the parties' control shall be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability. It is our goal to MARRY YOU! 

4. If a hurricane warning is issued for Destin and/or the location of the event, either party may cancel the Contract and all monies paid by the Client will be refunded. 

RESPONSIBILITES: 

1. Simple Destin Weddings will provide a licensed Wedding Officiant who will perform the Ceremony requested. 

2. Other services shall be noted on the Contract. The Client shall be responsible for any permits required for the location. 

SCHEDULING: 

1. We often schedule more than one Wedding in a day and allow adequate time for late starts and travel. While we know things happen ( it’s a WEDDING! ), we ask that you make every effort to adhere to the Ceremony time you requested. If you’re running late please call! If you’re REAL late and we have another Wedding, we reserve the right to reschedule to the next available opening. 

RIGHTS:

Simple Destin Wedding photography will provide Client with a print release on all pictures. However, we retain the right to use selected pictures for the purpose of promoting our websites and Social Media announcements. We will never include last names in connection with these pictures. Please notify us if you wish for your images to not be used for this purpose.

LIABILITIES: 

1. Simple Destin Weddings liability is limited to the amount received for services.
