From our first contact through the last song you will be dealing with Mike & Laura or Tim & Deb...the same couples who will provide your service. This "team" comcept allows us to MC / DJ your event and, at the same time,  assist in coordinating the various components (introductions, formal dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc)...very important if you don't have a planner working with you and very difficult for any "solo" DJ.
Our Clients enjoy on-line Planning, Timeline and Music Selection tools so you may customize your event to your vision. 
We schedule a pre-event meeting to review the entire plan and be certain we have a clear understanding of your needs. 
Our equipment is all state of the art and we carry back-up gear in the unlikely event of any breakdowns.

Pricing
Standard Reception Package (4 hours) - $650 / $600 Anglers Clients
Includes introductions, announcements, music and FREE Mood lighting plus pre-event consultation. 

Standard Ceremony Package - $250
Includes separate set up with music of your choice and wireless microphone(s) as applicable.

Ceremony / Reception Video Package - $199 (Must order DJ Package)
We will videotape your entire Ceremony and highlights of your Reception, then provide you an unedited DVD the next day! (both events must be at same location)

FAQ'S
Q. Are you available for my date? 
You can find the answer on our “Availability Checker” on this site. However, we do suggest you contact us even if we’re booked as sometimes there are cancellations and a date will open. 

Q. Do you provide a written contract? 
Our Contract is available on-line by clicking “Contract”. Fill it out, print it, sign and mail to us and we will return a signed copy for your records. 

Q. How many playing hours are included? 
A typical reception / party consists of three elements. One hour for cocktails / introductions / formal dances, one hour for dinner / toasts / cake, and two hours for garter / bouquet and dancing. We are playing music during this entire time. 

Q.  Is set up time and travel included? 
  You do NOT pay for set-up time or travel. 

Q. How early do you arrive to set up? 
This will depend on the complexity of the set-up. Be assured that we will be in place and playing music when your first Guest arrives. 

Q. Do you charge by the hour or do you have a package? 
Our Standard Package is $650 for 4 hours.. or $600 for Anglers Clients.

Q. Is there an extra charge for additional hours? 
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you may run past the contracted time. We will be happy to keep the party going at a contracted overtime rate of $100 after 4 hours. 

Q. Can you explain how you conduct the evening? 
Each situation is different. We don’t “force” any standard practice on you. We will meet with you prior to the event to develop an Agenda for the night. If you are using a Planner or Coordinator, we’ll work with them so we’re all on the same page. 

Q. Do you provide a wedding reception planner?  Is it available on-line? 
Our Planner, Timeline and Music Selections are all available to Clients on-line. 

Q. What do you wear? 
Depending on the venue we will dress accordingly. A Beach event will differ from a Ballroom event. However, we do not wear tuxedos. We are entertainers, not performers and the focus of the day should always remain on YOU! 

Q. Do you do the announcements? Are you the Emcee? 
We’ll do all your announcements, introductions, etc. We will act as the Emcee to the extent that your event requires. We do NOT open the microphones just to hear ourselves talk. No unnecessary “wacky D.J. rap”. 

Q. Are you open to requests? From us? From the guests? 
WE LOVE REQUESTS! The Client will have access to our on-line Music Selection of over 170,000 songs prior to the event. We also make a copy of our playlist available to your Guests with request cards and encourage their participation. 

Q. How large is your music collection and is it varied. 
Our Music Library contains over 170,000 songs. We typically will carry over 5,000 of the most popular tunes to each event. Every style and age of music is included. And if you have a CD we'll be glad to play it.

Q. How do we pick our music for the event? 
You will have access to our on-line Music Selection where you can build your list and you can make selections during the event. 

Q. Is a wireless mic for speeches included? 
We carry a handheld wireless mic for your needs. 

Q. How long have you been in business? 
We’ve been providing D.J. Services in Destin for four years and in Chicago before that for over 20 years. 

Q. How many WEDDINGS have you done? 
We average 100 Weddings each year!

Q. Are you the DJ's who will be at the reception? 
We are the ONLY DJ’s in our company. We will be your only contacts throughout the planning process and we’ll know exactly what your vision is. 

Q. What type of equipment do you have? 
The volume of events we work require that we use the best gear. Anything less would not endure the workload. We use the lastest technology for music including CD's and MP3's. However, ours is a "stand-up" system so you won't find us sitting at a table "pointing & clicking" or pre-loading your entire event in advance. The "flow" of every event is different and must be programmed in real time.

Q. Do you bring back up equipment? 
We carry a complete second system in our Party Van. 

Q. How much is your deposit/retainer? 
The deposit to hold a date is $200. This should be accompanied with a Contract. 

Q. What is the total price for the package? 
Our current price is $650 for our 4-hour package or $600 for Anglers Clients.

Q. Are there any additional charges? 
No additional charges for the reception. We do offer a Ceremony Music package for an additional $250. Discounts may apply to this if the Ceremony & Reception can be done from the same set up and is included in the 4 hours. 

Q. How is payment arranged? 
All payments can be made by cash or check. Or you can choose to pay by credit card on-line on our website. Total payment must be made within 10 days of the event.
