PAYMENT TERMS: Total fee agreed upon by Client and Beachside Bouquets is $_________ tax included. To confirm this Contract, return one signed and completed copy along with a check, money order, or cash for the deposit of 50% of the total (unless previously paid via PayPal). The balance is due no later two weeks prior to the date of the event, unless otherwise previously arranged. All checks should be made payable to Beachside Bouquets. You can mail deposit to: 210 Twin Lakes Lane, Destin, FL. 32541 There will be a $20.00 fee charged for all returned checks. If you choose to pay balance on our website via PayPal, such payment must occur no less then 14 days prior to event. 19.CANCELLATION: This Contract cannot be canceled or modified except in writing by either the Client or Beachside Bouquets. If cancellation is initiated by the Client more than 21 days prior to the event the deposit, less $50 admin. fee will be returned. If cancellation is initiated by the Client less than 21 days prior to the event the entire deposit will be forfeited. If a hurricane warning is issued for Destin and/or the location of the event, either party may cancel the Contract and all monies paid by the Client will be refunded. 20. SUBSTITUTIONS: We will do everything possible to prevent substitutions. We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your wedding. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Example: Wax flowers ordered as a filler flower for bouquets but are unavailable due to being back ordered or stock received that is poor quality. Pink heather or similar filler would be used. Red roses would Not be substituted for white orchids. 21. ORDER CHANGES: Any changes made less than 21 days prior to the event date are subject to all charges incurred as a result of the change(s). 22. SIGN BELOW AND RETURN ONE COPY
